Agreement – A contract for the provision of design services between the Client and the Service Provider..
These Terms define the rules for the provision of design services, including the terms of concluding and terminating agreements, project execution conditions, and the rights and obligations of both parties.
By placing an order for a design service, the Client is required to read and accept these Terms.
In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act, shall apply.
The Client places an order for design services via the Order Form or by email contact.
Upon receiving the order, the Service Provider confirms its acceptance and provides details regarding the project execution.
The Agreement is concluded once both parties accept the terms of service execution.
Service prices are determined individually and communicated to the Client before the agreement is concluded.
Payment for services is made by bank transfer or through online payment systems.
The Service Provider may require an advance payment before commencing work on the project.
The full amount must be paid before the final files are delivered.
The service completion deadline is determined individually with the Client.
The Service Provider delivers the project in a format agreed upon with the Client.
The Client has the right to request revisions within the scope specified in the agreement.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra fees.
Complaints regarding design services should be submitted via email to the Service Provider’s address.
A complaint should include a detailed description of the issue and the Client’s contact details.
The Service Provider will review the complaint within 14 business days from the date of receipt.
The Service Provider transfers the economic copyrights to the commissioned project to the Client within the scope specified in the agreement.
The Service Provider may include completed projects in their portfolio.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and will inform Clients accordingly.
In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and other applicable legal acts shall apply.
